Please help! Nistune tuning!

So, here's what's up. Recently had Nistune installed and setup for stock injectors and Z32 MAF. Car will start, run, and idle fine but will not rev for the life of itself. Idle turbo vacuum is at 10 (way to high compared to before, around 18). Car will only rev to 1500 rpm and then spit sputter then drop in rpm to around 400 then pick back up to around 600-700. Thinking vacuum leak but unsure if I'm correct? PCV is currently not ran into intake manifold. Problem there? Also removed S-AFC. Any Issue there? Any help is greatly appreciated!

You have to re-tune your car after MAF change.

make sure you have your maf wired up properly. sounds like its not hooked up, if you have it programmed properly in nistune

Did you plug the PCV holes on the intake manifold?
