k, so i finally got dne with my buddys setup on his s14, well everything but the wideband(on its way).. so

i decided to start the car just in idle, it ran fine smoothas ever but for some reason my boost gauge is at -20 on idle n when i give it some gas a little its fine until i rev up to 3000 n up it dies n it wont crack, reason, the plugs are soak with gas but if i put new ones it fires right up,can anybody tell me what the hell i did wrong.

ok i put new plugs n now it has a bad idle and the #1 plugs is wet n the others are black, i think somone sold me a bad injector, is there any way to check if its bad y in the hell is my gauge messt up

the setup:s14 t28bottom mountz32 maf (about 10"-12" from turbo)emance tune255 walpro370sr injectors any help?????????? thanks in advance

prob running to rich, your probably gona need a safc to fine tune the ecu..

if it will only rev to 3k it may be an maf issue, check and recheck everything

idont know whats going on, i put new plugs for the 3rd time n it cranks right up, its rough but it runs, i gave it some gas n it revs up fine no problem them when it idlesback down, its still rough and it stars smelling like gas so i know its running rich as hell, but then i cut the car off n ones again i take the plugs out n the #1 plug is clean but wet n the rest are black so im thinking there foul out

also i disconnected the maf n the car whats to cutoff it runs like pure a** so i know the maf works

can a leaking injector or better yet a stuck wide opened injector do make all this symptoms?????????

First off, if your gauge is at -20, then it is measuring vacuum. If you don't understand how your stuff works, then how do you expect to figure out how to fix it. I would recommend you find someone who knows enough about fuel injection to help you. Have you done any voltage tests on the maf, tps, and injectors? If not download a FSM and use the trouble shooting in the EL section.

Stop starting the damn car until you can measure the AFRs, know what the fuel pressure is and have made sure that you don't have an injector stuck open.

Even idling the car in this condition will wash the oil off the cylinder walls and also flood the sump with fuel. Which in turn ruins the oil and will ruin the bearings in the motor. STOP now before you seriously damage something.

Emance sucks btw. His tunes have been proven several times to cause serious issues if they even work at all.

i know, i know:

anyways i fixed the problem with the plug getting wet, it turn out that when i install them i pintch the little o ring therefore making it drip when i cut the ignition on(thanks to the search button) now the car idles smooth as hell.. but now the prob. is, when i give it gas smoothly it revs fine but if i just rev it a little fast it kind wants to bog at first but then it revs fine and it smokes and when revs down it wants to cut off but it doenst, i know im running rich but not to much, it only smok when i rev it up fast. and know the vac is at -25 is that normal, on my car it only goes to -15 or maybe the gauge is messed up?

i look at the tailpipe n if i rub my finger around it its a little black i guess ill stop there till i get a wideband, also order a safc to fine tune it...

wd: i know about the fuel in the cylinder so when i crank it up once or twice, i took the plugs off everytime n turn the engine over for a bit to make sure there was no fuel in there, also ckeck the oil n doesnt smell like gas but i will change it at soon as it works properly.............
