Please help me!!

ok i have been having this problem for awhile now and its slowly getting worse and annoying the hell out of me.....after running the car for awhile on like a long trip or something towards the end of the trip i get this grinding type sound if it have it in a gear with the clutch in....i thought it might be the throw out bearing so i was like hey ill just upgrade the clutch at the same time. so i did that and today after work(delivery driver) it started making the sounds again anyone have any clue its pissing me off

btw the car is a 1996 nissan 240sx se

This may be a long shot... but when's the last time you change your transmission fluid and with what type and weight?
