ok my girl came home last night and told me that on the way home from work the car was making these odd noises, she described it as rubbing metal. Anyway i took the car out for a spin and got these noises, first noise was a noises that sounds like the one you get when its almost time to change the brakes and you get that little piece of metal on the brake pad hitting the rotor producing a screach type sound (sound seems to be coming from the driver side rear). I get that sound when im turning right (only) and after a ive driven it a while and when coming to a stop, to me it sounds like the brake thing but it was 11pm and coudnt really get a good look. The second sound is after i come to a complete stop at a light or stop sign (after the brake sound) and let go off the brakes just a litlle i get a sound that sounds like an old house door that needs oil on the hinges or the sound old wooden floors make and you step on them slowly. Have any of you guys experienced and type of sounds like the ones i described, i hope my descriptions were good enough. Thanks

They both sound directly brake related. The first one is likely your backing plate rubbing the rotor. It could be bent back a little when the brakes get done. The second noise is just lots of brake dust and debris that loves to get caught up in the calipers and brakes period. I hear it in my G as well, but I clean my brakes as soon as I hear the noise. It sucks, but the brakes work great
