Hi I have a 2005 nissan Altima 4 cylinder and I'm trying to figure out why my car won't start. When I turn the key the radio and everything turns on and lights up but the car won't start. It makes a loud screeching noise and that's it. I've had the spark plugs changed and the starter checked. What else could it be? Please help me

Starter or starter solenoid is bad.

Lol thank u I wasn't sure how this's site worked and i really need all the help I can get :-) and so I took the starter to auto zone to have it tested and they said it was good...so is the starter solenoid something different? Also a couple of days before it died I would have problems with the car not starting if I drove it 4 a period of time and the day it did die out on me it would sound like it wanted to turn over and then it finally stopped making that noise and made the loud screeching noise but it also smelled like something burned too
