please help! Max wont start!

Ok, so over the weekend my locks were frozen and I finally got a locksmith to unlock them from the inside. But, now the alram will go off everytime I open the door and the car won't even crank over.

I am not too familiar with the 96 models but it sounds like your security system has disabled your car. I would hold out for the experts here to chime in or check with your favorite dealership..
