Please help!! Loss of power

Severe power loss - off idle ok, but anything after is flat no power no torque! Local shop replaced the cat today (it was clogged) but did not fix the problem. Problem comes and goes - new fuel pump and filter - dist - rotor - plugs. Some of the caps are dry rotted / cracked on the injectors and the temp sensor. Any ideas?
