Please help me out in findiing Teen Driving Course in California..and which is approved by California state...

Driving course for what? Getting your license?

Go to your DMV's website...they should have info there.

If you want an advanced driving course for defensive driving and accident avoidance, I'd recommend looking the the back of AutoWeek. They always have a bunch of ads for stuff like that.
