ok, long story short, i paid way too much for an rb20 and install trying to help a friend out......7 months later it's still not done. it has turned over, but no fire yet. the m62 plug didnt match up so he had to cut the stock harness we pulled from the car and splice 4 wires in to make it plug in. this motor and harness has been in 2 other 240's and had no problems. i am running a fuel cell and a vortec T-rex pump and summit filter so i know i have fuel. he says that the ecu isnt getting power, but i have no idea. i need my car to run by the first to drive my fiance to the airport, but he's to busy to come finish his work so i gotta try and do it on my own. any advice or know where i can take it to get it running?

If you look at the ecu and follow the loom back you will see 2 green plugs. Those need 2 green relays or else the car won't run. If you have those then u have bigger problems.

Well it's a problem with the harness then. If you don't want to pay someone to fix it then you might want to read these and try to redo it. http://www.racebread.com/old/D...a.doch ... /D...a.doc

i just want the damn thing to run. i posted up in the regional forums looking for shops, if i can find one i'll go that route. thanks for the links, i will look at those in the morning. he said he thinks that he wired the m62 plug up backwards cause the diagrams he was looking at are for a rhd 240.......been 2 weeks and he hasnt been able to come and see if that was the problem..... thank you!
