! please help im deployed and need messurment!!

hey guys!! so long story short my wife was rear-ended in our 2009 pathfinder by a 2006 ford super duty carrying a skid steer. he hit her and rammed her into a 2001 pathfinder, and the insurance is trying to claim it as her fault. she was 15 feet away when this truck hit her, but they are saying its here fault because she has more damage in the front of her vehicle than the back basically saying she hit the car in front of her first. now those of you who know 2009 model pathfinders have a abnormally low "bash bar" oem. so my question to my fellow Nissan guys is what's the measurement from the ground to the bottom of the bumper on a 2001 Nissan pathfinder? any help would be great!! thanks!!!
