I recently figured out the (I think it's a egr valve) egr valve has only one of the two mounting bolts that SHOULD be installed, I figure a leak is present, but I have a few questions because there are some sensors in that area that can't identify...

Here is a picture of what I'm referring to as the egr valve

Here is a picture of a sensor I can't identify which attatches to the egr valve shown in the last picture-it always comes unplugged, would this cause a problem?

At last there is this sensor located between the one shown on the last picture and the temp sensor located on the right.

Top most valve and "sensor" looks like the air regulator, it raises idle during cold starts. When the engine is started and running a bimetal strip inside the valve will be heated via a 12v current and the valve will close after a certain amount of time. If it is unplugged the valve will remain open and idle will be continuously high.

the last one seems to be the temp sensor that goes to the Dash temperature gauge.

Lol thanks for the heads up, my ultimate objective was to identify and replace any of those sensors that may have gone bad. I have replaced my CTS (Coolant Temperature Sensor) since this thread, thanks for the help
