now before you think im someone that just post things without looking or searching. I have and havent found anything....

I bought a SR20 Red Top motor from Jdm-online.com. I got the harness done from heavythrottle.com. Now the motor is in and the harness is all hooked up, tried to start it and it turned over but wouldnt start. So check over the spark issue and only the fourth cylinder was fireing. Each plug to the coil packs have voltage flowing threw. So by looking on here I thought it might be the ignitor chip, barrowed my friends and still got nothing. Now i opend the ECU because it had rust on the outside of it and i was thinking maybe a chip is fried. Well all chips look good but does look like it once got wet there was water sports, some currosion, and rust on the inside of the metal plate. Also I have one plug thats not plugged up its spuare 6 holes but only four prongs in it with a orange line splitting the prongs. Im kinda feeling thats another reason for it not starting. Then i have a red, yellow, orange, and blue wire cut in the transmission harness but i dont think that is anything big... I wish i could show pic but i dont know how to add them on to here.. but if anyone could please help me i would greatly appreciate it... thank you.

May be the wrong ecu for the harness.
