please help, i am installing my safc

ok i have found the ground wire on the ecu side, and the power wire, and the rpm wire, but i was looking for the throttle signal wire on ecu side and there is not wire. i am using the world n3-b diagram from apexi and everything else has worked fine. the pin it #20 in the diagram but there is no pin on my ecu. it is a 89 ka-e. anyone encounter this?

i have been looking it up in the fsm. but my car is an 89 and the fsm is a 90 both are sohn but maybe diff. ecu wiring. not sure. the fsm for a 90 says that pin 28 is throttle opening sensor and 20 is throttle sensor. but i dont have a # 20 throttle sensor only #28 throttle opening sensor. anyone know what it is?
