Please help! Headlight issue

Well I was replaceing the drivers side fender and door yesterday.. and at some point... I think around the time I unhooked/rehooked up the wires for the door that control the automatic seatbelts and the speaker... My headlights poped up... and they will not go down!! the actual lights work just they will not go down now? did I knock some conection under the dash that controls the headlighs? if so where is this conection and what does it look like? please don't tell me i'm going to have to replace the like 10 different relays for the headlights now... stupid overcomplicated headlights!!

NM.... lmao I never knew what that stupid button did!! to the left of the wheel there was a button to make the lights go up... DOH!!!
