PLEASE HELP gauges, interior lights, and A/C doesnt work

I just got a 92 240sx yesterday and I have a few problems if anyone could help me that's be great. Heres whats wrong:The interior lights wont work (dome lights at the top), My gauges light up but none of the needles move (gas, tachometer, speedometer, ect.)And my A/C doesnt work.

The fuse box under the intake is missing the ACC fuse is this the problem and if not what is that fuse for?

sounds like my problem a while back. i think its your timing control unit
