How do I determine if my clutch slave cylinder is working properly? I don't think mine is pushing as far as it should. Can someone please measure how far their clutch slave cylinder on their sr20 travel? I could use a ka24 clutch slave cylinder with on a s13 sr right? P.S. What kind of fluid do i use in the system?

You can interchange them because the slave cylinders are the same for both engines/transmissions.

Make sure you bleed the system.

And yes they are interchangeable.

As for the fluid, the FSM tells you, I don't remember off the top of my head.

FSM states that the recommended fluid is Automatic Transmission Fluid or "DEXRON" type or equivalent.
