please help!!!! car revs by it self!!!!!!

well i was installing a neo afc on my 95 240 black top sr20det , when i finish i did all the initial installetion , i fire up the car and at first it wouldnt and know it revs by it self wtf???? starts slow 1500 then it goes all the way to 6000k rpms , does any one have an idea of wut would the problem be???? maybe i fry the ecu or wut ?? any help would be really appreciated!!!

Cant really see it reving that high without the throttle plate opening. Yeah the ECU could dump more fuel, but it would cut out. Sounds like a weird issue. Could be the AIC valve opening, but I cant see it reving that high still.

i had a problem once that it reved back and forth from 800-1500, but 6k? maybe your car is related to the devil z.

all jokes aside, i wish i could give some advice. remove what you installed and see if the problem goes away.

brand new AFC or used? If used, it may still have the memory stored from the previous car...

Not completely sure what all the words in the OP's original post are, but, from what I understand the thing is revving up on its own.

I would recheck the install of the wires that attach to the throttle pos. signal. seems that it may be wired incorrectly and it is opening the throttle pos.
