PLEASE HELP car loses power as if it is redlinig at 5500rpm

I have a 1991 ca18det 180sx , t3/t4 turbo , external waste gate blowoff valve , rich n lean guages , boosting at 15psi peak i currently dont have a boost controller to turn it down , new spark plugs kgn bcp7r . the first owner tuned it with a willem eprom board remove top sped limiter other things which am not sure , maf sensors , apexi air fuel converter . the car has stock injectors an fuel pump. when i drive it hard an go into to boost on first gear from 3500 its find up to redline , then when i hate second gear an run it up 2 above 5000rpm , i jerks as if the gear is finish no boost. cud the fuel pump an injectors be the as which a few friends suggested hear in nassau. or cud it be my computer setting on the eprom? please help .

that turbo at that boost is more than the stock injectors can support. I suspect if you lowered the boost you would see the engine go higher. If you have no boost controller on it and it is boosting 1Kilo then a boost controller would not help. You cannot turn the boost down below the mechanical setting. If you are wastegated you need a weaker spring, actuator with adjust arm lengthen the arm a bit.

15psi on stock fuel pump and injectors, bit much dun you think? Running pretty lean?

so upgrading to larger injectors , an 255lph fuel pump wont help?
