Please help car cranks good fuel and spark

Information on the naturally-aspirated KA24E and KA24DE engines.

I reaplaced the head with the same head after being machined along with replaicing head gasket and timing components. got it running after i played with the timing. had rough idle put a new iacv on didnt fix it. thru on a new tps still no better.new egr still no better. new coil still no better. new ecu still no better. n went thru and set ignition timing with light to the book. car stoped starting. tryed different distributor. check cam alignment and it was right. did leak down test everything cool. compression cool. battery of course is good. new started new alternater.new maf. i need some help guys i hope im beign specific enough.

STOP BUYING USELESS SHYT.

ok with that out of the way, look for more obvious things like a loose ground wire or something not connected,make sure dizzy is not out 180*,or off a tooth.

checked all grounds ignition timing is right.
