Screw it! Why would I help you because your car burst into flames? It's a harsh reality but you know the saying is true "s*** happens". If you would have had full coverage on the car (even though it is old) you would have been able to replace it by now. I have a mortgage and all the bills that come with it, and yet I have still built one nasty a** S13. So if you cannot afford to follow your dream, then stop trying. I see this as no different from some bum asking me for change when I am working my a** off. Granted perhaps friends can and should help you, but we don't want to be bothered with your financial burden.

Have a job, take the bus and save. Doesn't pay enough, hit the streets and get another one, then take the bus there and save. Don't come here looking for a handout.

Ive had my S13 for going on three years now and past maintenance, I have not done one thing to this car that I wanted to do. Why? Because Ive had more important s*** to worry about. I WANT to tune my car, thats why I bought it. But, sometimes life has other plans. The only thing you can do is either be patient if you want it bad enough, or stop trying. No one here should even consider giving you anything.

Dude. yeah it sucks but its one bad day. your friends already GAVE you a shell, just work and save up for the rest. i understand that maybe your family isnt rich, but if you havent noticed the stereotypical 240 owner is super broke

He has a shell and he said he managed to save the motor and trans. so he needs misc stuff. start working more hours.

the only thing i have left from the burnt 240 is sub frames and trans, i sold the block for a 100 to a friend. and ive sold misc. parts to friends colse to nothing to help em out. yes i have a shell, that doesnt mean i dont owe my friends it wasnt given to me.

All I'm saying is what's 50c gonna hurt someone. people throw that away everyday.

dude seriously, ive been kickin around here since like '04 or '05...i like a few people who frequent the forums but i would never ask for financial help, or help building my car. dont expect people to give a s*** when they havent seen your face and dont know you from adam.
i half feel an urge to figure out my seriously old zilvia password so i can post up whatever was on there.
need money, ask your parents, siblings, family. dont come on here with your hand out, even if its .50 cents. really man.
