ok so i bought a 93 j30t for my wife about a week ago and has been running great
everything on it works. Then yesterday car died as soon as i started it, cranked it back up gave it a little gas and it was fine so i thought it ok to drive
but it died while i was going like 50 and kept dying but i managed to get it home and
switch to my always dependable camaro. when i got off work today i cranked it up and
idled fine but when i press on the gas it either kills it or rpms drop so low that the motor stumbles and almost dies. im think maybe fuel filter/pump or tps but i donno
any help would be awesome. where should i start?

Fuel filter maybe clogged ?

i have changed the oil and air filter. i was suspecting fuel filter too im going to change it regardless if its the problem. i do not think it is the problem though im leaning toward fuel pump cutting out or somthing like that. cus like it will idle fine and
run fine but it just dies randomly like for no reason. do you know if the fuel pump relay could be on its way out? and do you know where its located? i wish it would give a check engine light lol. thanks for the reply

sounds like a MAF issue for sure. put di-electric grease in the plug. was it corroded when you inspected it?
