PLEASE HELP!! 2008 sentra 2.0S Dash lights not working

Hey. So I was trying to change the bulb for the gear shifter and I must have installed it wrong or it was a cheap, crappy bulb or something because it shorted out and now there are no lights on the ac controlls, steering wheel, or gear shift. The park lamps on the outside still work and the fuse isn't blown so I think something else blew or got fried. I was reading about someones 240sx having a tcu and that got fried and when it was replaced the dash lights came back on. Does anyone know if the 08 sentras have this tcu or have any idea of what I could have done to my poor car? Thanks Anthony

It's a new car just take the change out and go back to the dealer and say "It broke by itself".

I was going to do that but I changed the radio. I used a metra harness and they didnt include a wire for the dimmer on the harness. I cut the dimmer wire from the car harness instead. Do you think that will void the warranty? The wire was crimped and insulated directly into the new radio. Should I try to connect it back to the harness or use a wire tap and attach the wire back? Im nervous about taking it back because they might say that its my fault because I cut the dimmer wire. The dimmer on the radio was working fine and the lights were fine when I took the car to its first service (not that they noticed).
