So I think I may have a system picked for myself. I was toying with the idea of using just a 5ch amp put feel I am get more bang for my buck with using two amps with a typical set.

Front stage:

Memphis MClass Coaxial Speakers

15-MC62

If someone can recommend something else in the same range that would be cool. I listen to a big mix of stuff. No silk

Rears:Stock for now or something cheap.

Amp: Alpine MRP-F600V-Power Series 4-channel car amplifier100 watts RMS x 4

Sub:JL Audio CS112RG-W3v3H.o. Wedge enclosure with one 12" W3v3 subwooferorhttp://mobile.jlaudio.com/prod...=1620

Sub Amp:Alpine MRP-M500Mono subwoofer amplifier500 watts RMS x 1 at 2 ohms

I say you build a custom box and buy the W3 separately, just to save money to put towards something else.

You can also save money by picking up a used MRP-M650 instead of the M500. It's an older model, but it puts out 600w at 2ohms (it's CEA-2006 Certified, so no overrating here). That's what I did, picked it up locally in mint condition with 4ga wiring for $175, and I love it with my single 12" Type-R.

Yeah I saw a few on Ebay I may go after. May have to update my list. Thanks. Think I may try to do component setup for the front and put the tweeters in the stock locations instead of coaxial.
