A very sobering video. Lots of examples of why people should slow down and pay attention.

This is the kind of video that should be shown in U.S. drivers training classes. They should also include the gory aftermath of each wreck (if in ticket class)

This is true. But the video really shows how quickly things can go wrong.

Locked because of the actual video? I kinda doubt that.

It was probly some jack-offs running their mouth about something.

its a bit much... sure, the message is in the right place, but its like telling people to be nice to eachother, then making them watch Faces of Death clips.

Okay, so you don't admit that each one of those driving people in the video were acting the idiot?

I very much dislike these videos. They do not tell you that all those pedestrians were in the road illegally!

Jaywalking is a crime! If you kit hit by a car while jaywalking how much fault is placed on the driver?

*edit* I just noticed that most of those accidents are in Europe with "yield to pedestrian" signs everywhere, not lights.

Those people would have been jaywalking in america...

Yea, they were driving like idiots. What were the people they hit doing? (Referring to the real clips, not the staged ones)

I wasn't talking about the people hit. A while back we had a thread about some kid who said he was tired of people avoiding him because he was a new driver. We reminded him that he has no idea how he really drives because of teenager's inability to see themselves from other points of view... Many many people still drive like that as adults. These are the idiots I speak of. Thanks for letting me share.
