Problem:Violent bogging, fuel cuts, chokes hard etc, and low fuel pressure. All around 2-4K rpm every gear and only during acceleration. I've since replaced the following with 0 results or solutions:3 out of 4 injectors (the 4th having less than 1k miles on it), fuel filter, distributor cap, plugs, wires, fuel pump has less than 1K miles on it as well. I've found similar symptoms in other s13's (in one other forum) but knowone seemed to have much of a solution.Anyway, my question whats left relating to fuel that i haven't checked??Egr, pcv, o2, can anyone of these being faulty cause the prob?? Anything else? Thanks.

check your MAF (do a search) make sure it is good, check your fpr too.

how do you know your fuel pressure is low? did you use a fuel pressure gauge to test it? and if so what is the pressure when it bogs down?

I must admit i didn't use anything (yet) to check fuel pressure, i've been going by my rpms. Its a sporadic problem the rpm's drop off extememly low at regular idle. So i'm guessing on the pressure. It usually shudders and jerks pretty good until I accel past 4k rpm.

I'll have 2 get hold of a fuel pg to b accurate. I see bout the maf.

I will tell you right now its likley not a fuel pressure problem if you can successfully get the rpm up over 4k.

I would lean more toward the MAF here too.

The only other reason i was suspecting fuel is because even after i changed my injectors i was still smelling a little gas in the cab. Then again it doesn't act up all the time so i guess its prob not (fuel). I'll prob replace the maf (process of elimination now) and see what happens. Thanks guys.

if you have a volt meter ,test it before you start throwing parts at it.

if you smell gas, its not a delivery issue, its a leaking issue. look around your injectors, as those have a tendancy to leak on these cars, its not *common* but for ins tance, i had to replace all of mine.

One was leaking thats why i replaced it (and 2 more after 2 make sure). I covered the FI's pretty good, but still smell fuel infrequently.

check to make sure your gas cap is sealing properly and that your evap lines are not cracked.
