PLEASE ADVISE!

Son of a B****!! I Got everything conected today, besides my vacuum lines, when i realised that i spaced the gasket for the intake manifold to the head! Could this slide by? Or is that gasket rather vital? I dont know what to think here, because its just air, but then again, its under a lot of force.

Also in the interest of killing two birds with one stone, i'm trying to hook up my vacuum lines, but i cant find any diagrams that are detailed enough to actually see where what is going for sure. any help here would be appreciated.

You need to put the gasket in. It will run like *** without it.
