Cool article.

I am not interested in any motion tech so I will not be buying this. It would be neat to try this with God of War. But it would be cool for 12min. Overall, I am not interested.

I heard Heavy Rain was compatible with this at one point.

Looks interesting. I'll most likely sell my Wii if I do get this.

Why? It won't play Wii games.

The Wii has s***ty games, it's just sitting in the living room gathering dust. The only fun game on there is Super Smash Brawl, which I borrowed from a friend. Aside from that, most everything else the Wii has to offer is pretty lame. I'm not into Zelda or Mario much, so..yeah, lol.

Also, there are more big name devs that are going to be creating games for Move and Natal, whereas the Wii seems to be struggling in getting any decent games out.

I understand selling the Wii. What I don't understand is selling the Wii because you get a Move. That's like selling your couch because you bought a blender. The two are independent.

If you don't like Metroid you have no soul.

Well, the Move and Wii (what games I have for it) serve a similar type of gaming, using wireless motion sensor tech. No point in having an older, crappier version when a better one is coming out with better games. Dunno if that made sense, lol.

I'm not a Metroid fan :P

I like how they give Zipper credit for Metroid Corruption's control scheme.

LOL ^ I never really liked the Wii. I think its only good for games like Wii fit and maybe smash brothers, but thats all. I like to be still with a controller that's comfortable. PS nailed that on the head. The SYNSIS, or whatever PS uses is the most I would ask, and it serves well in some games. I wouldn't like that in 100% of games tho.

Its a freakin Wiistation. BAD! That'll give PS a bad rep. And not really feelin the lollipop controller. It looks like a fun toy for the bedroom..

I read an article by some industry guy or another who claims that the Move's current focus on integration with "normal" games will kill it, and that Sony needs to put more focus on move-specific games to get it to take off. I call ELEPHANT BOLLOCKS on that one. The industry tard (I'm trying to find out who it was but can't recall where I read it) is an IDIOT. The Wii has proven exactly the opposite: gimmicky motion-control games do SO poorly that many retailers no longer stock them. No one actually likes them, and no one's willing to pay full price for them. There's NO money to be had in the "active games" genre. There IS a lot of money to be had in the alternate-controller department, though. PS3 FPS with Move sounds fantastic to me. And what better way to help sell Moves than give it features that benefit games people already own? Would you rather buy a $100 Move AND some cheapass gimmick game to make use of it? Or just buy the Move and get to rocking with SOCOM (or Resistance 3, or whatever)?

No one (I really mean no one) wants to play Rayman Raving Rabids 13 PS3 edition. NO ONE. Give me existing-game-integration or GTFO.
