The HDD is refurbished, but $30 for 20GB beats the SNOT out of $50 for the 512MB Memory Unit that Arcade owners would otherwise be relegated to.
I actually want to pick up another 120GB HDD. I moved the one from my Elite to the GF's 360 to ensure we wouldn't run out of room for Rock Band songs (the game is hers). So now I'm stuck with the 20GB, which was fine until they implemented the ability to store games on the HDD. Not a big enough deal to want to spend $150 on, but I'll be keeping my eye out for a really good deal on one.
As for the memory unit, I think I recall reading on anandtech's article about the Jasper that there is 512MB built-in memory to eliminate the need to include the separate card with the arcade models. Not sure if the prop or elite will include the chip or not.
