play DVD thru nav display while driving?

Just bought a 2006 M35S with NAVI. It has a DVD player that can be used while car is in park. Has anyone figured out how to bypass that feature so you can see movies while car is in gear?

I'm pretty sure there's a thread or 2 about this in the M35/45 specific Sub-Forums.

be careful when doing this as it is illegal around here to have a screen playing while moving that is within view of the driver.

just a thought.
