Not too shabby. Looks pretty good.

But good luck cleaning that car, man. Plastidip is not easy to clean. Be very careful what soaps you use. Things like bug & tar remover will take plasti-dip right off.

This plastidip everything kick is getting a little out of hand...

Yes I understand its inexpensive and looks "decent" but its kind of becoming the new unpainted body kit.

holy plastidip! I know its a cool material but this may not last to well. If you run it through a carwash the pressure will most likely rip right through the dip. It doesn't look bad in pictures but Like Beasy said vinyl isn't that expensive and would look/last better.

i agree, but i mean its $5 a can and id rather spend that much to see if i even like it before dropping a coupe hundred on vinyl you know?

but i think eventually (like 2-3 weeks) the OP should get vinyl rather than this, itll look alot better

I think it's a perfect way to test out designs. Once you're happy with one, tear off the 'dip and put on some vinyl.

Smaller parts = plastidip (i.e. eyelids, maybe wheels, tail lights if you use their clearcoat, emblems)

For a whole bumper or other body part is a little excessive.

aphu: it just took a day...about 7hrs or so....mainly the cleaning and taping off parts

funkee ShadowAC: thanks yo....yea cleaning would be a b*tch to do...but im not too worry about it at this point...

Sanosuke/ DJ/ mmkeller: i would LOVE to vinyl that...but at the same time i gotta pay for my school and stuff first...

jman: yea washing it would be a PITA!

MiketheMike: yea plastidip whole parts IS excessive...but at least now i got an idea of what I'll want done when i come around to it...

Thanks all for your feedback....and BTW...all your cars look pretty damn nice...

I'll probably keep the plastidip on for a month or so b4 i take it off....or whenever it starts chipping...then i'll just take it off

BUT i do have a question tho....does anyone know what happens if you vinyl that like "square antenna" looking thing on the top? Im not sure if its just linked to the radio or what its linked to in general...i know its not for my auto light that's for sure
