Plastic film on 2015 rogue alloy rims

Checking out my new rogue wheels and noticed plastic film peeling off edge of rim. Is this just a protective film not removed from dealer?

Yep. Your vehicle was poorly detailed for delivery to you. If I were you, I'd go over the vehicle carefully to see what else they missed. Did the salesman not walk you around the vehicle for final inspection prior to delivery? At the very least, you could mention it to them, and ask that it be re-cleaned.

Probably wouldn't have noticed had it not been peeling. Just wanted to double check before I peel it myself. Tires were over inflated as they never bled off the extra from the factory. So your right poor job of prep.

Same thing happened to me about the over inflated tires...they were at 42psi.

I would check your hood too. I found little bits of plastic still there, I'm guessing from tearing off the plastic really fast and not noticing some was left behind. Also, make sure your antenna is attached on top. It sounds obvious, but considering my Rogue-minus-antenna's radio was about as good as my old car's radio with an antenna, I didn't notice for awhile. My antenna was in my door compartment (ha!).

My tires are also inflated at 42psi when I got the car. I only found out that after I drove home. I think the dealer didn't do a good job at preparing the car for delivery.
