Plasti Dip on more than wheels

Hey All,

The weather is starting to warm up and I am thinking about covering more of my car in Plasti Dip. I do a lot of highway driving and I'm noticing that my hood is bearing some of the brunt of that. My bumper and hood have some cracks in the clear coat and I don't feel paying to repaint a 7 year old car just yet.

So anyway, I'm thinking about covering the hood and front bumper. Any thoughts on the look? Has anyone dipped their car aside for the wheels and grill?

(btw, I did just pull off year-old plasti dip from my grill and it was exactly as advertised)

its a nice idea. it may not look good but its gonna serve as great protection. alot of people use it as a bra for roadtrips. go for it. u know the good thing about dipping is if you dont like it just take it off... good luck
