Welcome! Congrats on the new 'vert. Pics??? Cmon.. quite holding out on us. lol.

The Sportmax wheels will look nice on the car. 245 rear tires on a 9.5 inch wide tire will be a nice clean stretched look.

As for coils.... I don't have any experience with either.. but just what I've heard on the forums. I guess the Megans seem to have a better reputation.

Nice work on the rebuild and manual swap. I bet it's a blast to drive now.

Once again.. welcome to the 'vert club. Great to have you on board.

I've tried the 17x9 fronts and 18x9.5 rears with the 962's. No pictures though as it didn't work out. My buddy Zach (ZStyle) had this setup on his wide-bodied hatchback. It looked sweet. He was using 40mm bolt on spacers all around though.

On the vert it didn't work.

The 17x9's won't fit up front without at least a 10mm spacer and extended wheel studs. Then you'd need to roll the fender, maybe even pull it. It hits the coilover without the spacer and you'll need the extended lugs to bolt it up. I personally wouldn't run a slip on spacer that thick. I think it's dangerous.

The 18x9.5's did fit on the rear. I don't remember the tire size we used, but it was huge. It might be 235/50-18. However, the camber was about as negative as it could get. I got some rub on the chassis when I hit bumps or hard turns. With a fender pull, we could have probably taken some of the camber out and made it fit.

I am currently running 255/40-17 on the 17x9's on my rear. They fit really well with a fender roll and a little negative camber. It really ate my tires though.

As far as coilover selection, Megan and Ksport are pretty close. I say get whatever you can find a better deal on. MAKE SURE you get some adjustable rear upper control arms though. You need them to adjust the rear camber when you drop the car and try to squeeze wheels under the fender. I've got a cheap set of ebay ones that I'll be looking to sell this winter. They worked just fine.

Welcome to Nico. Now post pictures of your car.

I don't know how/why this thread has slipped through my clutches for so long...

I'm not selling any coilovers... I said I'd sell my RUCAs.

If you're having richness issues, I'd first check the gap on your sparkplugs. Then double check to make sure your injectors are for sure good. After that, check your MAF.

Sorry to resurrect a thread for a threadjack, but Dexter, is that as low as the Endura-tech's will go?
