Plans for the G37...

Like the title says...Anybody planning on modding their G37? I guess this wouldn't be fair unless i told you what my plans where..so hear goes...

1. I-Forge Wheels...20x10 Polished with fat polished lip( I've owned to sti's and you can't have a fat lip on those whatsoever so i'm kind of excited lol).

2 Some sort of coilovers. Softer than stock, but agressive on a different setting.

3. Forced Induction..not sure what kind yet...we'll see.

4. 15% tint when it warms up.

5. GTR style tail/headlight tint until i find out if i can bake my headlights and paint/clear the inside.

Thats all i can think of as of now, but i'm sure there will be more to come

Again...what are your plans?

Not sure what I want to do yet. Guess I will have to see what parts come out. Funny though, I just traded an 05 STi for my G37 and I was thinking the same thing about getting some lipped rims.

We went from WRB to blue slate. You of course had the best year of the sti . I was never a big fan of the mid wing on the 06...lol. Am i the only poor mother#@%$^&%^* that doesn't have a $%#^& spoiler? I ordered one but it never got put on the car and now i can't order one so they gave me $550..whooptie doo. I'm still pissed about that

Those are some sweet future mods you got in place! I think you got guts getting the red color because I am afraid that it will stick it like a sore thumb to a cop, that is the only reason why I would never buy a red car ahaha.

Honestly I still have not modded my car due to the fact that I still do not know whether I should keep it or get a new one, still thinking about it

Hey Baseball... You've done some great mods to your G! I was wondering where you got your strut tower brace from??? I've been looking for a strut tower brace for '07G35 sedan, but can't find any... Let me know as this is the next mod I want to do... Good looking G btw!Thanks,Dave

I don't have a tower brace yet, I plan on installing one b/c I had one on my WRX. I havn't seen any out yet either but i didn't look for any on the G35.

Already Done:Clear BraTintRemoved the Infiniti letters off the trunk, left the G37 & logoPlanning:Paint Calipers Red, already have the Dupli-Color kit.T-Rex billet Grille upper and lowers, awaiting tax returnsTint for rear taillights and black valance from Blue Batmobile

As far as I'm concerned my car sounds, handles and is fast enough for me, no performance equipment needed, yet!
