Agenda for me:Work out: Cardio, Heavy bag, forms, stretchCar Lots: visit several & test drive something (daughter wants to drive a Z)Hugs: Wife, kids, & dogsSpend time: with wife, kids, & dogsEat: Greens (collards), Black eyed peas, pork chops Pray: for others & thankful Drink: beers (moderation)

Yeah my wife always talks about this. Even with the eating you can't eat this and that.

Lets see if I passed yours this year.

Work out- We had 4-5" of snow I had to showel in the morning.Car testdrive. Well I Did test drive a mini cooper S yesterday and had some fun today. I post it later tonight.Hugs- son, wife checkmark Eat- had a solid launch and my wifey promised me something good for dinner don't know what it is but sure smells good.Pray- well this part I faileddrink- I had a champage at midnight but that was it.

So... if that sets the tone... I'm in big trouble... I should just crawl under a rock and come out in 09!!

Good thing is I have been smoke free for 2 weeks now!! I think I am over the hump!!

Very happy that you're smoke free!!! Keep it up!Quiting smoking is easy!!! I quit a BUNCH of times!!! Have been smoke free for over 20 years.My step-mother is dying a slow death from emphysema.
