My guess: If you look at the tiny little picture between the magnet (look at lil' red arrow) it shows it being placed on the trunk, passenger side.

Someone told me that in Japan, those stickers/magnets mean to stay the hell away from that person. I have seen tehm on the rear window and passenger side windows.
