PK R&D S13 Getting semi built motor (pix)

Well, I finished the semi built motor for the twins S13 and I am about ready to install it. Here is the build sheet http://www.phatka-t.com/engineparts.htm The build included the Cometic gasket and ARPs but not the Pauter rods.

This is the motor assembled and waiting for the acc to be swapped over.

I pulled the old motor out today and took it apart and found exactly what I had expected. Three pistons with broken ring lands. The stock pistons just cant hold 400whp for long at all.

The new motor will go in this week and we will be upgrading the injectors so we can turn the boost up in our attempt to hit 500whp with the GT32. The prototype intake should be ready to test soon so a back to back against stock intake will also be in the works.

Yes, thats Top Speed Chicago's R34 RB26DETT with TO4Z single, fuel system upgrade, Power FC, etc. Its here for a clutch, tuning, and bling. Its going back together now. Should be a fun ride when its finished.
