Yeah that's the problem. There were at least four variations of Generation 1, two of Generation 2, and already two of Generation 3. Ultimately, year , Nissan chassis model and trim model with options (1995 Q45t G50 without traction) is the only way to specify with any accuracy the general characteristics of the car.__________________Brian1995 Q45 & Q45tmpoyner wrote:The age old question of how many generations, huh?

Q45Viper wrote:I have an original 95 brochure, I have been holding the paint chips up to the screen (feeling stupid as I do so) It is either Ivory Quartz or Beige Pebble. Gimme a big close up pic and I can do better. Ivory quartz is NOT a white, it leans to the beige color, beige pebble is basically a gold champagne color. Ivory Quartz is listed as a pearl color and Beige pebble as a metallic. Ivory Quartz is listed as being available with beige and white interior, and beige pebble with only beige interior. If you've got a black interior, the color is silver crystal. The color code is listed somewhere on a plate either on the door or in the engine compartment. I don't rmrmber which. Call any dealer or bodyshop to decode the number, or gimme that BIG picture in good lighting.

By the way, when are we gonna see pics of your car?
