Pivot Headlight Controller + Alarm Troubleshooting?

Ok guys, Well, I finally got my alarm working "right" as in it will remote start in the cold mornings (thanks to Silvia2b).

I am having weird problems with my pivot controller, well I had this before, but thought it was because of my wiring, probably still is).

Here is what happens: When I arm the car to leave, sometimes the headlight will go to full close from sleepy eye mode. I think this has something to do with the parking lights flashing and I am not isolating a wire or something. (Pivot basically detects when parking lights turn off, and time the retraction).

I want the car to basically stay in sleepy eye mode until I turn on the headlights. That's sort of why I got the pivot controller.

Anyone else have a pivot controller who fixed this problem? or anyone know how to fix it?
