Upon exploring the underside of my motor, I noticed that all of the belts were from PITWORK. I have heard they are pretty good equipment and looked to be in decent condition. I did not look at the oil filter, it was black with white kanji on the side (what I saw). How do the PITWORK belts compare to say, Goodyear Gator Back's? They are just a good quality belt I assume. Are the PITWORK belts OEM from Nissan? I saw a previous post about them a while back..

I guess I just wanted to half ask a question, half gloat

nope the Nissan belts say Nissan plus some Japanese crap.Umm I guess its kinda cool that you have ultra JDM used belts. But I would change them anyway, cause they are probably old.But I personally would hope for a Unmolested motor. But either way you can never know. My motor was stock LOOKING but it was definetly rebuilt already and FOCKED up, either that or VENUS AUTO had put some RB20 parts together to make me a motor.

Uh PITWORK is what you get when you order replacement belts from Nissan Parts Centers. Everytime I get Silicone or Belts from Nissan dealerships they are a PItwork product.
