Has anyone else noticed that all manufactures of SR pistons are out of stock and on back order for 4 to 8 months? I'm having trouble finding some one with a set in stock.

If you know of a place who has some in stock, please let me know. I dont want to wait. I've checked most sites and e-mailed most suppliers I know of.

However they are 86.5 and 87mm so there will be a displacement increase after enlarging your block.

Greddy's are too expensive.

Race engin. is out of everything, the company I deal with goes thru them. THey have none in stock, no wiseco,je,cp, or thier own brand.

Any other ideas. I do not want to wait another 4 weeks for pistons then another week for engine work and assembly.

JE pistons will make a custom set of pistons to your needs. I don't kow what their lead time is right now but it only took me 3 weeks and I had to send them my stock pistons. I got a 10 over pistons for mine, they should have the specs on file.

try ROSS pistons, they can make custom pistons for like $460 a set and they have a 10 to 13 business day turnaround time.
