In case some of you didn't see my build thread, I got my motor back together and it ran great. Came out later and it wouldn't turn over. Got out my breaker bar to turn it by hand and it wouldn't budge and then came free. Pulled the plugs and cylinder 3 & 4 had standing water. I'll be tearing it back down and ordering another head gasket

Yes, I would say luck is not on your side. Get a new gasket and dont f*** it up this time.

Alright, so 86mm x 0.045" head gasket. Is this ideal for stock bore and everything? Everything I've read says it will be fine, but I want some confirmation from someone with more experience. Some say 1.1mm is the stock thickness, but some say it isn't.

I always thought it was more than 1mm but do not take my word for it. owell, slightly higher compression

To be honest, I'm not sure. I bought the hg and the ARP head studs off a guy here on Nico brand new and he said they were factory bore size

The headgasket specs are fine. Factory is 86mm x 1.1mm (.043")
