piston/rod ??

Information on the naturally-aspirated KA24E and KA24DE engines.

if i change the stock piston and rod on a KA24 to aftermarket would it still pass CA smog test?j/w

Depends:Year of the carCompression Ratio of the pistonIf you can do any tuning to compensate for the above...
