ok i'm gonna try to make the story short

i work at toyota and a lil something happened to me and the night shift manger last night (i work night shift) Today i went into work i can already feel that he's hating on me.

First he gave me an attitude problem, but i holded it down.After i finish my first car i gave him my time card and job sheet he told me to get the 2nd one on his desk without giving me back my time card. Soi went to get it and start working on it. After i was finish with the 2nd car i went back to him and ask for my time card and he said he gave it back to me..Lair!!!He told me to go look for it, i checked the shop floor and my friend's office,no where to be found. Then he try to blame it on me saying he gave it back to me already and ****, but i aint taking no blame i said it straight back at his face saying he did not. Then we got louder and louder and he sent me home and don't come back tom and ****.AFter i got home my friend called me saying i left the time card on his desk. i told him BullsHI, i already checked on his desk and it wasn't there after i left it just suddenly appears on his desk?!!!

That fagget(manager) is trying to fuK me ovER!!! i bet u he was hiding it!!!

People beware working in a dealership! protect your AS* in everyway!

Is there someone higher up you can talk to? If you start throwing the word "lawyer" around it usually puts peoples azz in gear. I used to work at a casino and there was this guy who was constantly calling me a fag or saying that I was gay. I talked to management about it and they said they'd talk to him. They'd never fire the guy cuz he'd been there longer than most of the managers and he acted like he owned the place. Well he quit talking to me at all for like a week but then it started up again. So I talked to the managers again and it didn't help. So I went to the next up. Well that got the mangers in trouble and they were all ****ty to me. When my 30day review came up (I had just been hired) they said that they weren't going to keep me because, "I didn't work well with others". I told them to stick it up thier *** and that my lawyer would be incotact with them shortly. They didn't believe me. When my lawyer actually called them they called me and said that they had reconsired and wanted to keep me on. I told them thanks, but no thanks and that they were lucky as hell that I was going to let it go with that. A friend of mine that got hired at the same time as I did said that they fired the guy cuz they had been having problems with him, but nobody had brought the law into it. You can atleast give it a try. It worked for me.

tried nissan already, wasn't hire at that time...KS-lawyer? i dont 'have money for lawyer...

but i did talk to the higher up today, and he told me to just 4get about it and i do my own work and he'll do his own work. I didn't talk nor even look at the fag today.
