Anyone have or installed the f90bt? I ordered mine this week, and should be here by friday. Installing it and then going on road trip to NY. (test it out, with bypass and maybe some mods) :-D

Just wondering if anyone has installed it yet, and looking for advice.

This isnt my car...even though that is my favorite movie lol (and that is a F900BT, but same look).

But I am planning on buying this screen as well and this install looks factory. Post some pics of yours as soon as its done. Good choice on the F90BT.

Most Avics are nice units in general. I don't think you can go wrong getting one.

BTW,..this thread should have been opened in the audio / visual section.

Oh and welcome to NICO

That picture is quite deceiving, I'm pretty sure that's just the Metra kit... it aint going to look nice when you install it lol cuz you'll lose the factory texture...

I got mine from http://www.sonicelectronix.com. it was like $670 plus a lil extra for the wiring harness, and Scosche Kit.

i got mine 525 but thats a besides the point this is a great system for the price it doesn't allow for much customization on the sound side but im not a real audiophile to care much the videos on it look sick and make sure to pick up the nissan dash kit mine look factory and the install was straight forward

there's another post around with a link to the kit from nissan for those of us that don't have the automatic climate control... it keeps the textured look.

also don't forget to check out avic411.com forums for the hacks/mods for this device, a lot going on there.

Finally got some pics up. I'm planning on changing the DASH kit to the OEM Double Din one, cuz I so want the texture back. and as you can see, this Scosche Kit gets dirty easily.
