Check out the Audio / Video section. http://forums.altimas.org/zeroforum?id=246

AppleBonker recommended the Pioneer W505, which looked amazing for me until I saw the price tag, but since money isn't a problem for you then it should be fine. Other than that Doc recommended the Kenwood DNX8120 for what he claims to be the best sound quality. Try posting there!

I have a F700 . . . STAY AWAY FROM THE F90!!!!!!!!!! Nothing but failure, crash, disconnects, and round-about directions. Oh ya and it has about a 3-5 minute boot time, no exaggeration whatsoever.

So speaking from the F series . . . if i had to do it again . . . i woulda gotten the kenwood lol

Conceptually, tyhe F series was supposed to be the hottest thing on the market... but Pioneer fell short... too many bugs, too much delay, slow ipod response (noticeably slower than the Kenwood 8120)... IMO, they should have spent another 6 months to a year in R&D before releasing it! ... It really is a shame too, they had so much potential!

There was one Kenwood Unit that doc said was awesome and I thought so to. I don't remember the model number but if money is not a problem this might be the one for you. DOC any help?

The harness yes, and they also probably gave you that metra kit. I hope you're planning on replacing that with this. That link will give you the dash kit which matches the factory grain. The metra kit is a POS in my opinion, but I don't have a choice since I have auto climate controls. With your manual climate controls, this will look a lot better.
