lol if it's painted your stuck with it. you either paint over it with the same color or your repaint the body panels.

if it's vinyl then you just have to heat it with a heatgun and then you gently peel it off

if it is painted over the clear coat, you migghttt be able to get it off with a clay bar.

I just peeled mine off in the hot July sun. I had a hairdryer standing by just in case. There are a couple of other helpful threads on this subject.

no hairdryer needed. just work it up with your finger then peel it away.

it's actually a wall at a friend of mines shop called "The Yard"(urban hiphop clothing & graffiti accessory shop) here in SA.

I dont have any pics of the walls themselves but next time im down there Ill take a few and send them your way. theres alot of graffiti down here.

sorry for jumping off topic folks...

but back on topic can someone tell me more about this clay bar stuff?

You can try to use a heat gun and a chisel - even if it is paint, you can lift paint up with the proper heat. Using a high powered heat gun (1000 degrees at least) will cause the paint to lift a bit - you have to get under it then. Of course, I assume no responsiblity for scratching your car

No, no chisel. Paint hammer will do. 15lb Paint sledge usually does the trick.

Relax....no one is using chisels on their cars....im just saying that it would get the job done....but then there would be another job - repainting you car.

took my nissan burger off a few weeks ago. came off just as easy as the rest of them...

I'm gunna hit up a good friend of mine this weekend he paints cars Im gunna ask him if theres any way i can get these stripes taken off my car without having to repaint it. if not I have plans on a white on white vinyl scheme to cover them... not sure how itll look but since i cut vinyl I figure what the hell might as well try it.
