At least they kept the 4-lug wheels...
Whatever happened to that show where two 2-man crews came in and the SHOW provided 2 cars and they had 24 hours to see what they could do with it? Is this what that show became? Because if all they're gonna show is American muscle in chassis-of-the-week, I'm out.
a few things were left stock, but the car was pretty much a rotting shell. So there was not much "stock" even left to the car.

we actually saved this s chassis, it was used as a parts car for Hybridynamics. And the owner donated it to us when he found out we were looking for a chassis. The floor was completely rusted out, no headlights, no chassis harness, just pretty much gutted already.
the car was actually pretty basic, and thats what we were going for. The car probably was running around a 10.5 off the bottle. We went with low weight, high hp. The car weighed in at 2000lbs minus the driver. Me being an sr20 owner and avid nissan enthusiast I would have loved to see a nissan engine in the chassis. But you have to remember, you have to sell pinks on the idea of the car you are going to use. They loved the idea of the ls1 in the s13, so we went with it!
