Hi guys,

So last night I drove my Z for about 5 minutes just around my neighborhood for the first time since I got the engine back in and everything hooked up. Everything was good, ran great, etc. This morning I jacked up the front to loosen the AC and alternator belts some, so I started the car and immediately I could. Soon there was a puddle forming on the ground right at the bellhousing. I looked on top of the engine and fuel was shooting out around the #2 cylinder injector.

I'm assuming a pinched upper o-ring right? The injectors are brand new and I just installed the Z1 new-style adapter kit.

Are you sure its not from the rubber hose that connects the the two fuel rails together? Did you replace that when you put the new injectors in? Did you tighten the clamps?

Yeah all the fuel lines were replaced and I'm fairly certain the clamps were tight. I'm gonna pull the plenum off anyway to check, but with the engine idling fuel was literally spraying out by the #2 injector and coating that whole side of the lower intake

It did end up being a *very* pinched o-ring. Part of it was almost torn in half. I replaced the o-ring and made sure to lube the new one up with plenty of Vaseline. After reinstalling the plenum, it started up and ran great! no more fuel spraying out :bigthumb:

Nice, feels good to figure out the problem and have the car run good.
