Pin positions on ECU MEC15-243

Anyone have any idea what vehicle this ECU came out of, Mec15-243, it is connected to what i have been told is a VK45DE. ive been told it comes out of a nissan patrol 02 to 07 but im struggling to find a matching service manual. im wanting to put it in a 2005 pathfinder body.

From what I can glean, I can confirm it was used on JDM '03~'05 Q45's and '04~'05 M45's. I don't imagine the JDM versions would have pinouts much different from US counterparts, although the software may differ. You might try the Nico FSM's for those years and see if it looks to match up.
